I am a consultant specializing in community services, organizational operations, program development, and public-sector strategy, bringing more than three decades of experience working with municipalities, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations. 


My career includes supervising multi-use facilities, leading diverse staff teams, managing contractors and volunteers, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, and directing high-impact programs in recreation, youth services, child care, and community engagement. I have also served in key roles within Emergency Management Operations, including as Care & Shelter Branch Coordinator.


I am passionate about helping organizations create responsive, inclusive, and sustainable programs that truly meet community needs.
